My complaint:
We emptied the property we rented from live difrent. They made inspection and said in writing that they will make a deduction of 372 pounds. But when ı entered www.depositportection.com I saw that they are claiming 732 pounds without informing me. They are cheating and trying to steal my money. I talked with a representative on the phone and she said that they detected additional things to be covered by the deposit. I handed out the keys, weeks passed. Who knows what happened during this period. They never try to solve any problem. Stay away from this company. If it is rented by Live Difrent, forget about your deposit.
Suggested solution:
I do not agree with the amount of deposit deduction which has been increased after we all agreed about the deduction amount. The made increase without informing me. The deduction they said they will make is less than the amount they entered and claimed on depositprotection.com
Horrible company do not and I cannot state this enough, they are cowboys that don’t repair anything when told then they will keep most of your deposit, absolute horrible company which should be looked into for the way they treat people they give landlords a bad name
