Panera Bread complaint: Told to pull up mask when the server could not hear me

My complaint:

Having waited in line for 5 minutes while the customers in front of me were shouting their orders to the server, when it was my turn, I decided to pull down my mask so she could hear my order. She immediately told me to pull up my mask at which time I saud ‘No thanks!’ and walked out! That is so ridiculous that she has a plastic shield in front of her and she also has a mask on, and then after she could not hear me she told me to pull up my mask! I will never go to another panera again!

Suggested solution:

Stop asking people to pull up their masks if the server cannot hear through the plastic shield! I don't want to have to shout my order!
