My complaint:
MassageLux in Beaver Creeks Common, Apex posted a deal online on Facebook back in May and I took that and they told me that if I pay additional I believe $20, I will get another massage.. I told them I don’t want the membership and asked them to cancel the membership. The lady at the front desk said she canceled it and I just realized, they have been charging my credit card for 6 months- just called them and they were so rude and told me that they won’t refund. The lady said- “call corporate but corporate won’t pick up the phone”. I called corporate but it’s just an answering service- what should I do?
Suggested solution:
Get me refund for all the charges since June as I never used those services and cancel my membership
