My complaint:
I tired to place order online it stated they was not taking online orders , then I tried to call my order in when the conversation first started I told her I had 3 sandwiches she took order for 2 of them and then hung up on me when I tried to call back to complete my order no one would answer the call I then drove 10 min to subway to finish placing my order to only find out they hadn’t even started on the ones I did call in before she hung up on me and the. When she seen I had a card she stated that they was not taking cards at this time
Suggested solution:
Have better management
