My complaint:
I ordered an item that came and did not work. I requested a return label to get a refund and ly sent the package back on its way through the post office. The return receipt I received from the post office had a tracking number on it so I could watch the package and know when it got to it’s destination. It arrived at the warehouse days ago yet wish still has not given me my refund. This was a good $25-$30 or close that I am now out because wish is basically refusing to refund me as their customer support won’t investigate or do anything about it.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund on the item I KNOW got to the warehouse it was meant to be returned to.
