MetLife complaint: PIP- Payment and articles left in vehicle. Never received

My complaint:

February 2018. My vehicle was deemed totalled due to a flood. No problem paying off Equinox Truck. But I couldn’t receive my PIP which I paid into. Or payment for the articles destroyed in the flood. The adjuster said he couldn’t get in touch with me. I appreciate the speedily way everything was handled except like I said PIP and articles. In vehicles.
Hopefully you guys can retrieve these funds or check with the insurance company. Thank you Linda Basker
