My complaint:
I ordered some tank tops from Wish in May of this year. I wanted to pick up the order so I could save some money on shipping.
I never got an email to let me know when the shipments arrived for pick up.
I was in the hospital from May 9th to May 25th and after I got home I was not able to go out for several weeks. I was recovering from covid.
The order was sent back so I never received what I wanted. I was only refunded the purchase price, not the shipping costs. I feel that I was treated unfairly by not being notified ahead of time, before the order was cancelled. The order number is 4029357733.
Suggested solution:
I want Wish to resend the items I ordered without added shipping costs.
They must let me know by email when my packages arrive so that I can pick them up. I do not expect to pay extra fees or incur any other costs because WISH made a mistake. They also listed me as a threat to the company. I have no intention of trying to rip them off, I just want my order sent to me.
