My complaint:
I ordered delivery of a pasta and wings the pasta was half-full and the wings had no sauce, I called to have the situation resolved and I was told they would send another order out and wait 40 minutes because they were busy which is understandable, however 15 minutes later I get a call saying I have to get in my car and bring the order back in, which defeats the purpose of delivery and eating which is the service I ordered, when I called to say I had a complaint I’m not getting in my car and driving that is not why I ordered delivery and they should bring the order out like they said they were going to do they said oh well
Suggested solution:
Prepare the food as ordered and if you're going to say you're bringing out a new order to correct it then follow through with that
