My complaint:
My Plastic and glass bins was not collected today but the food cady was
although they were left outside at the same spot we leave them every week . I am very disappointed as I am disabled and have to ask someone else to take down and bring them back.
I spoke with someone at the council and they explained that the report from the collectors was Not presented which is not true
The Cady was emptied but not the other green bin.
Very bad and disappointing service. Please help
