My complaint:
I ordered an item in May for a Birthday in July. Still not recieved and delivery date keeps changing. Now delivery date is after the Birthday date so no good. Wish won’t refund even though no longer needed and their delivery date was false.Customers should know most items come from China and consequently take months. Will not use this company again and will be telling others not to as well.
Suggested solution:
They should refund an item not received by original delivery date.
