My complaint:
When I signed up with the company to supply my diabetic test supplies I WAS GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND I would receive 100 test strips a month every month.
i find out after 20 days and sending a further payment that it is expected that they would ship every 60 days only. Attempting to contact the company has been for naught
Suggested solution:
Either send me an additional 12 order of test strips or refund my last payment
