My complaint:
I love to order Dominos and my family and I order it quite often. Lately these past few months we have received horrible customer service. Every time we order something we don’t get the right order. They always mess up on something. This last time they didn’t give my my points when they said they would. I called to complain and the worker gave me literally no solution to my problem and didn’t even apologize. Seems like it’s just a bunch of teenagers working without any set rules or something.
Suggested solution:
I would like to get my points that I never received and they need to get retrained.
