My complaint:
I have spent a lot of money in fire lake casino I’m not rich and have never gotten upset with my losses however for no reason last year I was banned for a year becuz the woman sitting next me who I was talking to and playing at the same time was playing someone else’s card I excepted and we as and walked away for a year tonight I was playing my phone was dying and so I stopped for s second to plug in my phone e meanwhile security walked up to me and told me I was loitering and need to leave the premises I feel like they harass me every time I walk in the building until the time I leave and if you watch the video cameras you will see that they do I’m filing a formal complaint I will also call the gaming commission and file with them I will get a lawyer if I need to but the harassment. Must stop

Well since I can\'t get back all the money that I\'ve lost due to being harassed and kicked out of there and you can\'t give me back the time that I wasn\'t allowed in there my desired solution is for security to leave me alone unless I am breaking the law thank you
