My complaint:
On March 11 I began doing the 30 day free Netflix to see if I wanted to get it or not. After about a week I began having trouble getting on Netflix. I had to change my password several time which did not help. Suddenly it popped up that I need to pay to see anything. I tried for several days to get help but they were very busy and I could not get through. I understand that thing are in a mess and I am shore that Netflix is also with children out of school. I really would like to get some help to resolve this. I am sorry that this was the only way I knew how to reach somebody. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you soon.
