My complaint:

My lawyers at Olympia law didn’t do anything to help me keep my house. They charged me 1,896. And my house was sold on 112118. However, I sent documents in that I had and if I didn’t have any they told me to write a letter which I did. During the process I became ill with tumors in May which I had two surgeries and no incoming income. I told them that and I made a down payment of 750.00 dollars and there trying to give me only 35o back and I told them no and I’m not signing anything. They did nothing. I called the intake Dept and they seen that I made a attempt to keep my home by giving them notification and set up a payment plan. They took 282 dollars out on the 118 and 112218. The house was sold on 112118. I sent the foreclosure letter on 110418. I told my case manager and still nothing was done. They told me they did a house consultation but there office is located in LA and I live in NJ. I want my money refunded and they told me they review it. They told me to sign a release form and didn’t do it. I have all emails ol as assist. Thank you.

Suggested solution:

I would like a total refund due to my house being sent into foreclosure . I want my down payment of 750.00 and my recent payments of 282.00 on 11818 and 112218. The house was sold on 112118. Please assist. They only did emails and that’s it. My lender stated they never reached out.
