My complaint:
This organisation sells information with an unconditional guarantee which means one can inspect what they offer without loss or commitment.
However, they appear to be very reluctant to issue a refund despite repeated requests.
Suggested solution:
I require a refund of the £77 I paid for literature I received and then returned.
