My complaint:
We didn’t get any sauces for our 20 piece McNaught there was not any napkins, which is a must when we are traveling. After ordering we had to pull forward wait 7 minutes for our order so really they had plenty of time to make our order accurately they were not at all busy.
Suggested solution:
Tell employees to prepare orders more accurately. They should care more about customer satisfaction most defintely.
