My complaint:
I was in contact with this user from instagram who was selling shoes. I then try to pay him through cash app but I couldn’t. So i gave the person my card details and that person put my info into their cash app and took more then what we agreed. Their cash app user is $xKelvinn and this user named Elizabeth and $JAYLEEN

By responding to me and trying to contact the users
