My complaint:
I had called about a scam trying to get my money refunded back to me . And the young lady I was on the phone with didn’t give me too much good info . Basically telling me I would have to get in contact with the retailer . Like how am I suppose to do that when the clothing website is a scam and I’ve been trying to reach out and they are completely ignoring me . I don’t know what else to do I just would like my money back on the card .
Suggested solution:
They should get my money back just like any other bank would .
