My complaint:
I had made a purchase in April 2020, never received my items I ordered, the store I made the purchase from won’t return any of my emails, and I was told to contact the credit card company. I filed a dispute, and within a couple hours, I receive a message saying my claim was denied. No explanation at all. I call, and am told a supervisor will call me back within 48 hours, no call. You can’t get ahold of a supervisor to save your life. You can’t tell me a call center has no supervisor or manager. I worked to damn hard to have my money taken out and them not credit me back, I talked to a supervisor finally, and no help from them either.
Suggested solution:
I think they should help their customers. The supervisor kept saying to reach out to the merchant, even though I told her a thousand times, they wont respond to me after several emails that I had sent. I will NEVER use this card again, and I will report them to the BBB.
