My complaint:

I ordered a pant from ZARA of size XS when I called them they said I can return it through mail which I am unable to do. I explained it thousands of time that I can’t return the item because firstly, it wasn’t my fault I ordered a correct size which was in stock at that time I paid for that shipping tax. Why do I have to face all this now. But the only word they uttered Apologies and that’s it. When I was talking the lady interrupted me and said now I am going to disconnect the call if there is nothing that I can do. Like seriously.

Suggested solution:

Refund or send me a corrected item
