My complaint:

Ordered a bunch of clothes as I always do then return what doesn’t fit or I don’t like. I went on vacation and figured I would return when I got back. Less that 30 days since received everything I was told I cannot return my items as the last day to return was the day before and that it the 39 days starts when you place the order. They told me I should have returned everything on time and then hung up on me. I called, chatted, and messaged on social media and they all just do not care/. I said please I was not aware and I was told too bad I have to keep everything and they will
Not issues refunds exchanges or store credit. What a shame def not a company I will be interested in talking positive about or shopping at. Total disgust !
