My complaint:

I order multiple items online, once they arrived, I tried them on and return what didn’t fit. I returned next day in original package 2 pairs of jeans. few weeks later I received the email that my return was rejected because items are not in good condition, how in a world I could damage 2 pairs of jeans overnight!
It is very upsetting how they handle this issue for a loyal customer.
Spoke to multiple agents who ed that decision was made, and I won’t get a refund.
