hi i placed my order on 07242020 and suppose to recieved my package on 08292020 but i didnt recieve my package. so i called zara and they told me my package already delivery at this 14997 SW Tualatin Sherwood Rd 107 97140 Sherwood OR United States. that not my address. i dont know how that address come up on there file. but my current address is 809 E newmark ave b monterey park ca 91755. ive been order from zara couple of times and i alway using my current address. and they told me they wont refund my order because they just delivery to address on file.
