My complaint:

I went to Zara store in Knightsbridge,

Dear Sir Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: In-store shopping at Knightsbridge London SW1

I been shopping in Zara stores for years, spend thousands of pound every year to buy clothes for me and my Children.
I was very disappointed because of the service I experience, I went to knightsbridge Store to buy some clothes for work, I picked this white top among other clothes that I liked. 
Now this particular white top was on sale at the price of £9.99 
There were about 5 of them 2 of them were seize m and 3 Small. I took 1 Small, after trying it and I took to the till to pay for it. 
At the till the Sales person scanned the top and said £25.99 please, 
I was about to pay then, I realised it was £9.99. I said to her no it is £9.99, she said yes I will call the Manager to change it. 
After about 5 minutes the Manager came already with bad attitude, she must be opset for some reason. 
The till person said to her the Price is coming up wrong on the till. The manager said, it is £ 25.99 The person on the till took off the sale price on the top that I wanted to buy, she said it is £ 25.99, I said all of them are price at £9.99. 
The manager went to look at the rest of the top it was £9.99 then 
she started to take the sale sticker off on all of them, I showed her that you see it all £9.99 all 5 of them ,she started to removed the sale sticker very fast ,some of them she did not take it off properly and she even reap off the last label (I have attached the labels ) she preceded to say no it is £25.99 
I said to her you saw it for your self the price was £9.99 on all of them. 
I should buy it for the price that the sticker say £9.99. 
She started to talk with the person on the till in Spanish, I speak French and I can understand Spanish , They wanted me just to go away and leave them alone, When I realise what they were saying I asked if she can give me Customers service contact number she said no she cannot, then I asked her if she can give me her name, she said no. 
I left the store feeling ashamed and very angry.

It occurred on: 21012019

I would like to buy the same White top, at the price that it was £9.99.

I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
