My complaint:
Complained to vinted 15th Feb that the parcel I was given a code for inpost locker was not my parcel, and my parcel has gone missing, I purchased a dress but have a parcel containing kids clothes, the seller has ed nit what she sent, vinted said it is being investigated by the carrier, sit tight ! I have contacted the carrier to be told NO investigation has actually even been made !! And the customer complaints number to speak to vinted is in fact the Thai pann kitchen ,what on earth is going on ???
Suggested solution:
Find my parcel and have this parcel picked up and returned to its rightful owner !!
Same thing happened to me. Vinted a disgrace the delivery cashier mixed up the labels when I drop them off and so the wrong people receive their parcels.
Vinted said this was my issue and I had to resolve it which is ridiculous
