My complaint:
i purchased some cute sunglasses. seller was fab and posted them straight away.
only issue is i never received them. the good old post office left them outside all day whilst i was at work.
post office wont deal with me as im not the sender. vinted have closed the case and wont deal with me anymore. as they say it was left in a safe place.
question what am inpaying buyer protection fees for. if im not protected
