My complaint:
Buyer purchased a coat off me for £20 she then messaged me saying she was meant to pick home delivery because her car was broke in the garage and asked if I could buy a purchase label which I did and I sent the item, I asked once she had received could she mark as received she has ignored my messages, I messaged Vinted and they said because I had purchased my own label they couldn’t do anything about the scammer but she would received a refund even though she signed for the parcel,
Suggested solution:
Buy allowing me to recieve the money as the buyer has received the item
