My complaint:
I ordered an item from Vinted, this was posted via yodel home delivery. I then got a ‘delivered’ notification from Vinted, however the item was not delivered. I was home at the time of supposed ‘delivery’ and checked in letterbox, with neighbours and in safe places. I contacted through Vinted, and was told this would be investigated. Yodel then came back with a photo showing it hanging out our letterbox. I live in an appartment block and people come and go all day, this item has clearly either not been left or has been left in an unsafe place and has been taken. I contacted Vinted back and no resolution has been given, I am now £40 out of pocket.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for the £40 I have paid due to yodel not delivering. I never stated it could be left anywhere but with me.
