My complaint:
Customer ordered £140 Dr Marten boots, she asked me to ship fast. So I sent via Royal Mail First Class. Item was sent on 12th Jan by Royal Mail First Class— tracking number KL202625512GB. customer received order. Meanwhile Vinted cancelled the customer payment. Vinted tells me I need to ask customer to pay. Which I have but of course customer isn’t replying. And Vinted is stalling me. But I am out of pocket for £140!! Which is a LOT of money. Makes me think this is a total scam. How can the cancel payment while customer received order.
