My complaint:
I purchased fake product through Vinted. They have blocked the seller admiting it is fake yet they will not refund me. This is because you have to pay Vinted so I believe this is theft or fraud by Vinted.
Suggested solution:
I want me refund which they should be doing without me having to open this complaint as it is their legal responsibility.
