My complaint:
I received a permanent ban from Vinted. As a result, I can no longer sell, nor buy on the platform. Specifically, the cause of the ban was the listing of a prohibited item for sale (vintage ashtray). Vinted could have communicated the problem and I would have removed the article, or automatically removed it, even done a temporary ban. Instead he ended the relationship over such a trivial matter.
I wrote to Vinted but never received a reply.
I find this treatment unacceptable and I believe a common defense should be created among users.
Suggested solution:
I believe that the decision taken by Vinted towards me was excessive and disproportionate to the problem, which is why I ask to be readmitted to use the platform.
