My complaint:
I ordered a COS grey blazer through Vinted. When I tried to collect the item at the pick up location, I found out that someone else had collected it in my name. I immediately reported the problem to Vinted and sent them all the necessary forms. While talking with them through the chat, I mistakably clicked on the button that said the item was received. I immediately informed them that I had clicked the button by mistake, but they said they could no longer solve the problem and stopped replying to my messages.
In the meantime, I called the transport company and found out they had a wrong phone number in their system, which means that someone else had access to the pin to collect the parcel. I asked Vinted what phone number they had associated with my account, to try to understand who´s mistake it was, and they have not provided me with this information.
Suggested solution:
They should check the phone number that was provided and issue a refund of the item that was not received.
