My complaint:
I have been trying to withdraw my vinted balance for weeks now tried on the app and on laptop but the payment keeps failing vinted customer service just kept saying there’s a problem with my bank refusing payment. My bank ed there is no block. Now all I keep getting from vinted is we will look into, no time scale, no information on what the problem is or how they plan to resolve it.
Suggested solution:
Fix whatever problem there is and allow me to withdraw my money or find another way to pay me my money
