My complaint:
Dear Complain,
I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding the buying and selling platform, Vinted.
I have previously used Vinted to both purchase and sell items without issue. However, approximately one month ago, I attempted to withdraw my available balance from my Vinted funds, and the platform would not allow the transaction to proceed. In addition, I am now unable to make any purchases, despite attempting to use three different bank cards.
I have contacted Vinted support multiple times regarding this matter. I was informed that the issue is a known technical problem and advised to be patient. At the same time, I was told to try using a different card, which seemed contradictory. When I asked for clear guidance on how to resolve the issue, I was told that the information had already been provided and that no further communication would be offered unless I raised a new query.
Following some research, I discovered that many other users have reported experiencing the same issue for several years. I believe this matter warrants further attention, not only to resolve my case but also to protect other consumers from facing similar difficulties.
