My complaint:

I am writing to demand an immediate refund for this order, delivered in a damaged and incomplete condition owing to the seller’s failure to package the items in compliance with Vinted’s Terms Conditions.

As per Vinted’s Buyer Protection policy: when items are delivered damaged or incomplete due to improper packaging by the seller, the buyer is entitled to a full refund without returning the items. I provided clear photographic evidence of the damage and missing item at the time of delivery.

Your request for “tracked shipping proof” is invalid under these circumstances — returning the damaged items is not required or expected when the fault lies with the seller, as per Vinted’s own policy.

I expect a resolution and full refund issued immediately.

Please respond within 48 hours to that you have processed the refund, or provide a clear, policy‑justified reason for any delay.
