My complaint:
I’ve been waiting for five withdrawals, totalling £74, which have never made it to my bank. I’ve contacted Vinted’s help team to be met with utter denial and just generally being unhelpful. When they did eventually provide transfer information I’m told by my bank that it means nothing.
Suggested solution:
To pay me the funds that they owe me
