Vinted complaint: Can’t withdraw my payment

My complaint:

My name is Olena Sokolvak.
I’m a seller from vinted.pl
During more than 6 month I can’t solve an issue with their support team.
After I’ve made first sale Vinted asked to pass through verification. I provided 3 times my passport, and other required docs. But Vinted rejected without explanation.
Soon support team advices to contact their payment provider Adyen to solve. Adyen wrote that from their side everything is ok. They advised to contact Vinted again.
And now they say I can’t be verified, I can’t get my money.
Is it a normal situation?
Is it ok to tell that I can’t be verified after I made a sale and you got my money? I’m feeling like vinted stollen my money. There should be solutions. They can’t take just my money. I did everything correct.
Please advise!

They have to contact me and help to resolve my issue. I want to withdraw my money. I can send all documents again. They even don’t want to get into this case by giving me automatically response
