My complaint:
I ordered a sweat top which the seller initially sent to the incorrect address. I asked the sender to redirect it back to them and amend to the correct address and send again.
I then went on holiday and put my acct on ‘holiday mode’. It was them claimed that the item had been delivered but as I was on holiday I was unable to check. I returned home and the item had not been received so I advised Vinted who said as it was after 2 days there was nothing they could do. The seller has not responded to any of my messages or from Vinted. Vinted are aware that I was on holiday and that I had de activated my acct whilst away.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for the item I have not received.
