My complaint:
Sold 2 jackets and the buyer complained about the condition of 1 of them,gave him the benefit and agreed a price for both jackets,he received a refund from vinted and agreed to pay me what money was owed to me, still haven’t received any money and he still has both jackets,told vinted of what has happened about one of their buyers being deceitful,their reply is that business has been dealt with!!
Suggested solution:
Refund me on what me and the buyer agreed on or ban the buyer from the site
