My complaint:
Expensive pair of Tommy Hilfiger Boots delivered to buyer by signed delivery with Royal mail. Postage paid upfront by me.
Delivery did not update in the app with Vinted. Therefore I have still not received payment. Buyer ed they received the item in messages on Vinted app however neither Vinted customer service or the buyer will respond in order to delivery further so that I can receive payment. Vinted customer service is horrendous. No one has got back to me and I do not want to send more messages as I have heard they block people from spamming like this. I am worried my item will be kept for free by the buyer and vented will keep my money.
Suggested solution:
Vinted need to manually update the order as delivered so that I can receive my money
