My complaint:
I sold a very rare t-shirt on Vinted. I sent the item via Royal Mail Signed-for. The buy has ed that they have received the item but Vinted didn’t update the details and refunded the buyer. I sent evidence of the buyer ing that they have received the item but Vinted are refusing to pay me the money.
Suggested solution:
Give me the money that I am owed. Stop giving automated responses via web-chat. Let sellers add their own tracking numbers to transactions.
