My complaint:
– buyer asked for a cheaper price, fine, I don’t mind that
– Sent a parcel, but not sure why this time had to pay for the delivery fee
– checked with vinted immediately because 1) need to pay extra 2) no update on sending the items
– also followed up with buyer that Ive sent it (i always do this)
– vinted responded late and said there’s a problem with the system (see photo proof)
– then the system automatically refunded the buyer the payment because they couldnt detect the delivery label
– parcel delivered to the buyer according to evri tracking
– vinted now refused to send me the funds and the buyer is of course not responding
– vinted should take up the responsibility by all means since it has admitted the system did not update due to their problem!
Suggested solution:
very simple - just pay me back the money including the delivery fee!
