My complaint:
I sold an item on vinted posted in the inpost lockers and never received ation. I contacted inpost and after investigation inpost ed the parcel is lost and myself and the buyer would be compensated. I contacted vinted without response and the buyer cancelled the order. I contacted vinted again to be informed that because the item had been cancelled I was not entitled to compensation as it had been cancelled 24 hours previous yet they are allowed to take 48 hours to respond to queries. I cannot find anywhere where you can actually speak to them and their help pages are anything but helpful

Resolve issues and compensate buyer and seller when issues beyond our control occur
