My complaint:
I sent loads of make up. One got damaged and the rest was in good brand new condition. The buyer complained and they are saying she can keep all of it. I’m happy for the damaged item to be kept but I need the rest back. Vinted are not helping me.
I do not see why she can keep the rest.she is also a seller and I believe will sell the rest for her profit. I have been left with nothing. In the pic is what I sent. The white bluser was the only damaged item. This happened apparently in the post.
Suggested solution:
I would like the rest of my make up back.
I told them I am happy to pay the money for the postage but they have just closed my claim and won't get back to me.
