My complaint:
I called UPS to try to find out where my cat’s cancer medicine was because they marked it as delivered and it wasn’t (they do this all the time in my area). Every time I called they promised a dispatcher would call me back within exactly 1 hour. They did not. I was promised this 3 times. I was also promised a manager would call me ASAP in the chat function. This also did not happen. In the end they basically said they didn’t care. Totally unprofessional liars.
Suggested solution:
UPS needs to call me like they promised they would and act like they're a real business and not just scum lords.
