My complaint:
Do not use UPS anymore , i have shipped my invented iot device to my client for ordreing placeing on last week Thrusday 13- April -2023 (My tracking number : )and i already enveloped all nessessary document in the plastic adhersive bag . The package did not have any further movement , unitl i call their CS on Monday . They reply me they loss the commerical invoice so i have to send it by email and update any information . Then the package were still not any updates
or procedure on that , i called their CS to state my importanat and urgent for the shipment . But no one seems care and just reply in unethcial answer.
Until now i don’t know where is my package , and i was furstrated for over a weeks . All my business are getting ruined by this shipment
I know it is a small business for your company , but for me it is the important deal of my life and you just destory all the thing
