My complaint:
I received a package that was paid for by the sender, at the time of delivery the company charged me $23 for customs and $60 for storage, and another $85 for clearance. Is it legal to charge 85 dollars for a 3 kg package when all expenses have been paid. Please take care of it. If you don’t take care of it, I won’t use your company again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
