My complaint:
I had placed an order in SEP’22 had to receive my parcel by Nov’22. But did not get any communication assuming that there might be delay.but now i had received a notice that the parcel is sitting in BLR customs awaiting to get KYC approved within 10 days. There has been no communication or emails which are sent out they are claiming that i would have to pay 11k INR in order for me get my package.
Please help us out

Please have proper communication sent out if there is some issue on sending out parcel.
Please get my parcel delivered to me not having further delay.
