My complaint:
On the 16th of May I placed an order on mytheresa.com. Unfortunately it hasn’t arrived since, and according to the tracking number it was last traced in Bucharest,Romania. I called customer service several times and they told me different things, including that my order is going to arrive soon. Turns out they lost my package and they don’t want to help me find it whatsoever claiming that mytheresa is the only one who can do that.
